Our Team

Our church is guided by Rev Stewart Gibbs.

Stewart has worked as a Vicar in the Ongar area since 2015. Before that he was Vicar of Hatfield Heath and Sheering. Previously he was a teacher at Bancroft’s and Brentwood School.

Rev. Albert Watson and his wife Pam are the two other members of the Ministry Team. Albert is officially retired from the clergy but nevertheless still very active. Prior to ordination Albert was a journalist so he has many a story of real life to tell.
